John Lewis & Partners – White City

sfd were asked to develop and manufacture a long-term Visual Merchandising solution for the opening of the brand-new White City store within the popular Westfield shopping centre. The specific areas within store that SFD were requested to work on were stationary, tracks and poles and kids wear. John Lewis wanted to bring to life the products they were selling in each area using a white colour theme.

To engage the customer, a visual display of paper being blown across the stationary section was created, the tracks and poles section incorporated curtain rails and blinds being intertwined with each other and the kids wear had a fun display of kites held by the mannequins which suspended above the store fixtures from the ceiling giving an overall experience to the customer of being windswept within the store.
